Shawn the Dolphin

Shawn, born in 1996, began training at only six months of age. His mother, Princess, was in the swim program at the time of his birth so he was able to naturally learn all the behaviors required for the program. Shawn was very talented, and became the youngest dolphin at Dolphin Encounters to master the fluke presentation! Swim behaviors for Shawn are still being used today, as all of our male dolphins are being cross-trained for both programs. Pay a visit to Nassau, Bahamas to swim with Shawn and his companions!
