The Paradise Island Ferry Terminal is located between the two main bridges that connect Paradise Island and Nassau Bahamas. The ferry terminal is used as a departure point for many different activities including the dolphin programs that take place at Blue Lagoon Island.
Cruise Ship Visitors - Getting to the Ferry Terminal
If you're visiting Nassau Bahamas on a cruise ship and participating in the dolphin programs you will need to take a taxi from the cruise ship terminal (Festival Place Welcome Center), located in downtown Nassau to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal. Taxi cabs are readily available just outside the Welcome Center. This will take about 5 - 10 minutes and will cost around $4 - $5.
Cruise Ship Visitors - Taking a Water Taxi to the Ferry Terminal
You can also take a water taxi that departs from Prince George's Wharf, which is directly adjacent to the Festival Place Welcome Center. The water taxi's do round trips from the cruise ship terminal to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal all day long. The cost to use the water taxi is $3 per person.
